Corn flakes with banana




 the ingredients

 Large box of whole grain oats

 2 cups of cornflakes

 A cup of date molasses, honey or maple syrup

 1/2 cup peanut butter

 1/4 cup coconut oil, optional

 Shredded coconut

 a tablespoon of cinnamon

 Teaspoon salt

 teaspoon vanilla

 1/4 cup dried pomegranate or any dried fruit you like

 steps

 In a bowl we put peanuts, molasses, honey or syrup with coconut oil and in the microwave for a few seconds until it melts, then mix them


 In a deep bowl, put the oats, cinnamon, salt, vanilla and coconut and stir well, then add the liquid mixture and stir well until it mixes well

 In an oven tray we put the mixture and spread it and put it in the oven at a medium heat from below for a quarter of an hour or until the mixture turns brown with us.

 The last thing is to add the cornflakes, stir and let it cool down and store it in an airtight jar.
